Upload the PDF you already email to guests. Ours reads the whole thing — headings, wifi codes, check-out times, the bit about the temperamental shower.
We design it
Your booklet comes back as a proper page: tap-to-copy wifi, check-in at a glance, house rules, local tips. Pick a look, change any word of it, add your own photo.
Guests scan the QR
Publish, and the page goes live at yourcottage.doorbrief.uk. Print the card, prop it by the kettle. No app to download, no login, no email address handed over.

Seaview Cottage is invented. Its Doorbrief isn't — the frame beside this text is the page itself, served from its own address, not a picture of one.

Every plan includes the design, the hosting, the QR card and as many edits as you like. Change plan or stop whenever you want.

Why not just print it?
Do print it — we give you the QR card for exactly that. But paper can't be corrected after the plumber changes the boiler code, can't be tapped to copy the wifi password, and can't be read from the car park at eleven at night.
Your page updates the moment you save it. The card by the kettle never has to change.
Does Airbnb allow this?
Your Doorbrief lives outside Airbnb entirely — your own page, at your own web address. That's the point.
Paste the link into your booking messages, print the QR card for the house, and use the same page for Vrbo guests, direct bookings and the friend of a friend who's borrowing the place in November.
What if my booklet is a bit of a mess?
Most of them are. Ours reads whatever you send and builds a first draft from it, then hands you an editor.
Rewrite, reorder, hide the section about the old hot tub, add the new one. Nothing goes near a guest until you publish it.
What address will my page have?
One you choose, on ours: seaview.doorbrief.uk, oldforge.doorbrief.uk, whatever suits the property. It's included in every plan.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. They point the camera at the QR card, or tap the link you sent them, and the page opens. No app, no account, no email address, no cookie banner.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your pages come down and their addresses stop working — but nothing is deleted. Start the plan again and publish, and they're back exactly as you left them.
